Important DHL Update: Changes to U.S. Shipments Effective April 21, 2025

Starting April 21, 2025, DHL will temporarily suspend business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments from Canada to the United States with a customs value over USD $800.

This move is in response to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations impacting cross-border shipping.

What netParcel Customers Need to Know:

  • If your shipment is valued over USD $800 and destined for a U.S. residential address, DHL services will not be available.
  • Shipments under USD $800 or business-to-business (B2B) shipments are not impacted.

How netParcel Supports You:

  • We’ll continue to offer a range of carrier options to help you find the best alternative for U.S. deliveries.
  • Our team is ready to help you navigate these changes and minimize any disruptions.
